The Community Recovery Center is dedicated to providing effective means to the recovery community empowering them to lead healthy and productive lives.

Vision Statement

Community Recovery Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit facility located at 1721 Latrobe Street, Parkersburg WV 26101.  CRC has provided free services to the Parkersburg community and surrounding areas since it was incorporated in 2012.

The center is committed to housing 12 step programs and skills for life classes for the community and surrounding areas.

Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help other to recover from alcoholism. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking.

Heroin Anonymous  is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from heroin addiction.

Courage to Change A faith based holistic 12 Step Recovery program proactive in education, prevention, intervention, and recovery. This a proven program for moving out of fear and pain into recovery from hurts, hang-ups, addictions, and unhealthy dependencies. (this meeting is suspended at this time and will be back up and running as soon as possible)

Skills for Life Classes Different types of skill classes or workshops.

Adult Children of Alcoholics AFG This is a meeting for adults and teens that have been, or are being, raised by someone troubled by drinking.

Narcotics Anonymous this meeting offers recovery from the effects of addiction through working a twelve-step program to maintain a drug-free lifestyle.

Nar-Anon Family Group for people who have a friend or family member who suffers with addiction.
